*What currency are prices in?*
All prices are in US dollars.

*Where can I find your photographs?*
You can go to my "blog":http://karineardault.typepad.com and my "website":http://www.karineardault.com to discover my universe. And you can also have a look at my "Flickr page":http://www.flickr.com/photos/karineardault. You can also buy my photographs in my "Imagekind shop":http://karineardault.imagekind.com. The photographs sold though Imagekind are not signed photographs.

*How do you print your photographs?*
I do prints myself using a professional photo printer using pigment ink and archival, acid-free paper which is rated to resist fading for 100 or 200 years (depending of the paper used) under normal home display conditions. The maximum size I print is A3+ (or Super B).

*Do you do custom orders?*
Please contact me so me can discuss about this.

*What methods of payment do you accept?*
I accept all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact me for assistance.

*How secure is the shopping cart?*
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

*Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?*
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

*Do you ship internationally?*
Yes, I do. I live in East Africa and most of my clients live abroad. My items are shipped via EMS, DHL or FedEx so the shipment can be tracked.

*How long until my order arrives?*
I usually ship orders within 5 business days of order placement. If this is not the case, you will be notified immediately. Packages usually take 5 to 10 days to arrive from the time I deposit them to the mailing office (the post office for EMS or the DHL/FedEx Office if I use those courriers).

*How is shipping calculated?*
My shipping rates are very reasonable. Shipping fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your address details and the amount will be calculated automatically. The shipping calculation is weight based. If you are concerned or about the shipping rates calculated for your item(s), please contact me.
If you would like your order to be shipped through normal mail, let me know. If you choose this option, shipping will be cheaper but packages cannot be tracked and I cannot be responsible if they get lost.

*What is your return/refund Policy?*
I offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within three weeks of ship receipt. I do not refund shipping. I reserve the right to deny return if the item has been or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition.
